The Best Is Yet To Come
Many precious souls have had difficult times but God tells us ... the best is yet to come.
The best is yet to come for those who are spiritually prepared when their Maker calls them out of this world. We see in Revelation 21 :4 "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain ... " Wonder of wonders, there will be a time when God says, no more tears, no more trips to the graveyard, and no more pain .... the best is yet to come for those who are prepared to meet God.
The best is yet to come for those who will enjoy the wonders of heaven. John 14:1-2, "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you." You may have lived in a shack all of your life, but the saved will one day live dose to the throne of God. Please do not despair, there is hope beyond tomorrow. Are you ready to meet your Maker?
The best is yet to come because we will escape all punishment and judgment that must come to this world for the rejection of God's beloved Son, Jesus Christ. Luke 16:23-24, "And in hell he lifted up his eyes, being in torments ... And he cried ... have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame." If Christ is your Savior, then the best is yet to come.
The best is yet to come for those who will make the decision to become a child of God by faith in Jesus Christ. Perhaps you are one that has put off making your peace with God. The Bible says, " ... behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation." II Corinthians 6:2
Will you call upon the Lord, believing the record that God has given us about His Son? I John 5: 12, "He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life." The fact is clear that He paid your sin debt on the cross, was buried, arose the third day from the dead, and that He ever lives to save you today. Would you believe in Him as your Savior today? Dear Lord, I believe that Jesus died for my sins, arose from the grave, and I trust your Son as my Savior today. Help me turn from my sin and turn to God for salvation so I can have the assurance, "The Best Is Yet To Come."
